It’s a great way to save your precious memories for prosperity.  Once you get the photo restored you will have a digital file of it that you can make prints, calendars, books, slideshows on DVD’s and send to your family and friends through e-mail attachments.

If you get a disc, just put it where you put your software or music CD’s, “the drive” you can save the files on your desktop. Press the Contact Us button on this site, my e-mail address is automatically there, you just have to press the insert file, or attachment button, that looks like a paper clip.  Then go to your desk top and pick the picture or pictures that you would want to attach and click insert or attach.  The file name and size will show on the e-mail.

First you need to get the pictures in the computer as a file.  You can do this several ways. You can take the original print and scan it at 300 to 600 dpi. You could take a digital camera and photograph the picture again.  If you don’t have a scanner or digital camera you could take it to your local drug or superstore and they will put it on a CD or DVD for you at a minimal cost.
